All Growth Comes From Within

The title was a quote that hit me hard.

I was listening to the Mastery Key System All growth comes from within” — why does that resonate with me? Because for decades I was looking to the outside — videos, seminars, people — for motivation, help, assistance, reassurance, comfort. Yes, those helped in that I was growing, without even realizing it. However, I thought I needed to watch “just one more clip” before taking action. This seminar will “change me”, and force me to do what I need to do. Whether it was. However, I now know “I’m enough”. Fine how I am. Perfect as is. No need for fixing. I’m not actually saying “I’m perfect”. But if we walk around thinking we’re broken, seeking to be fixed, we’ll always chase that. This manifests itself in finances (need more money), health (need to be thinner), relationship (why don’t I have a girlfriend). This is a delicate balance because we need to strive for the best versions of ourselves, however, knowing we’re perfect how we are, we’re just looking to get better is a better mindset. In other words, all growth comes from within. All confidence is from within.
